For the pickled mozzarella, wash the herbs and shake dry. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half lengthwise. Drain the mozzarella balls well. Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut the olives into not too thin slices.

Put all the ingredients together with the bay leaves, coriander seeds and some salt in a decorative preserving jar. Pour enough olive oil to cover everything well. Close the jar tightly and let the pickled mozzarella marinate for at least 12 hours.

Preparation Tip:

Pickled mozzarella is a wonderful addition to an antipasti plate.
