For the pasta with salmon and artichokes, wash the lemon, grate the zest and squeeze out the juice. Wash salmon fillet, dab dry and cut into strips.

Drain the artichokes in a sieve and chop coarsely. Finely chop onion. Place salmon in a bowl and mix with salt and lemon juice and zest.

Sauté onions in olive oil until translucent, pour in coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes. Add artichokes and bring to a boil again.

Remove pot from heat, add salmon pieces with marinade to sauce and let stand closed for 5 minutes.

Season finished sauce with salt. Cook pasta according to package instructions, mix with sauce and serve sprinkled with dill.

The pasta with salmon and artichokes can also be sprinkled with fresh Parmesan cheese, if desired.
