For the zucchini casserole with smoked meat peel potatoes and cut into slices. Wash zucchini and cut into thick slices. Peel garlic and mince with meat.
Grease a large baking dish and layer potatoes, zucchini slices and smoked meat alternately. Preheat oven to 180°C. Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper. Pour sour cream on top.
Grate Emmental and sprinkle over zucchini casserole. Bake for 30-45 minutes and cover with foil as soon as the cheese turns brown.
