For the Oktoberfest cake, melt the butter with the chocolate and gradually stir in all the other ingredients. Pour the batter into a greased and crumbled springform pan and bake at about 160 °C for about 45 minutes.

Let the cake cool and spread a thin layer of apricot jam on it. Roll out the blue rolled fondant thinly and cover the torte.

Then cut out lozenges from the rolled out white fondant and arrange them on the blue cake.
