Instructions:

For the sardinas marinated in oil, remove the heads and the innards from the sardines, put them in a bowl, season with garlic & sprinkle with salt and pour hot oil on top. Let sit for at least an hour.

For the tomato mint bruschetta, remove green stalk from tomatoes, cut into small cubes and mix with finely chopped garlic, onion and mint and sprinkle with salt. Slice the baguette, toast briefly and spread with the marinated tomatoes. Serve with the sardines.
