For the spelt bread, knead all ingredients well. Let the dough rise until doubled in volume. Knead well again by hand.
Place the dough in a raffia bread basket or loaf pan. Bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for about 30 minutes. Remove the bread from the basket and place on a baking tray.
Bake for about 30 minutes, placing a bowl of water in the oven with it. Sprinkle the spelt bread with water after baking.
Preparation Tip:
The spelt bread can be spiced up with sunflower seeds, etc.
