For Bianca’s mango ice cream, puree the mango and mix together with yogurt, milk and honey.
For a particularly fruity result, you can add a few small pieces of mango to the mixture.
Fill the mixture into ice cream molds and place in the freezer overnight.
Preparation Tip:
For Bianca's mango ice cream, the milk can also be replaced with whipped cream or fruit juice, as well as peach or mango juice.
