Instructions:

For the raw owl, wash the peppers and cucumber well, peel the carrots with a peeler and cut off the ends. Except for 6 thicker elongated pieces for the owl’s feet, cut the remaining carrots into strips about 5 cm long and about 2×2 – 3×3 mm thick.

Remove stem and seeds from bell bell pepper and cut into strips. Slice the cucumber thinly into leaves, but save one end for the beak. Lay the cucumber slices like a roof tile and always put 3 yellow, 3 orange bell pepper strips on the edge for the beak.

At the very bottom, place the thicker carrot sticks for the feet. Place the spread cups over the cucumber slices as eyes and insert grapes (or olives) in the center as eyeballs.

Around the cups, arrange the thin carrot strips in a fan shape. Trim the two green bell pepper pieces into ear shapes and arrange over the eye wreath.

Slightly straighten the cucumber tip on the bottom and place it as a beak.

Preparation Tip:

The best way to go with the raw kosteule is to make a herb yogurt dip. You can find the best dips recipes HERE.
