Pasta dishes are just always delicious!
* Coat shells briefly rinse and cut into strips.
* Clean and finely dice onions and garlic.
* Remove peel from carrots and celery and cut into fine sticks.
* Clean peppers and cut into cubes.
* Score tomatoes crosswise on top, dip briefly in boiling water, rinse in ice-cold water and remove skin.
* Cut tomatoes into quarters, remove seeds and dice.
* Sauté the onions and garlic in oil, add the vegetables and mix well.
* After about five minutes, add the cuttlefish strips and fry.
* Pour the wine, season with salt and pepper from the mill, stir, simmer for about 20 minutes with the lid closed.
* Rinse the spinach leaves, remove the stalks and chop them. * Two minutes before the end of the cooking time, add to the frying pan and fold in.
Tip: This can be served with white bread or pasta.
