Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Leaf spinach thaw at room temperature. Cook the pasta in bubbling hot salted water to which 1 tbsp. olive oil has been added, in 10 min. , ,al dente (firm to the bite). Heat the remaining olive oil and fry the peeled, sliced onions and garlic cloves until golden. Form the sausage meat into hazelnut-sized dumplings with moistened hands and roast them in the butter for 5 minutes all around. Add the spinach to the onion-garlic mixture and cook for 5 minutes. Rinse parsley, toss dry, chop finely and add. Drain pasta and drain thoroughly. Layer everything in a large enough bowl, sprinkling a tiny bit of cheese over each layer. Serve immediately. Serve with a romaine lettuce salad in vinegar-oil marinade and fresh white bread. As a drink, a tart white wine goes exceptionally well.
