Instructions:

Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Cook the pasta in enough boiling salted water for about 10 min.

Peel and finely dice the onion. Cut salmon into thin strips. Heat fat in a saucepan. Sauté onion until translucent. Add flour, stir until golden brown and extinguish with 3/8 liter water and whipping cream. Bring to a boil, stir in clear soup and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and juice of one lemon. Fold in salmon strips.

Drain pasta, place in greased gratin dish or twist spaghetti into nests. Fill sauce into noodles or nests. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at highest temperature in oven or under broiler for 5-8 min.
