For the marzipan apple, wash the apple, dry it and carefully cut off a “lid”.

Hollow out the inside of the apple. Puree half of the apple mixture with the marzipan. Mix in the calvados and nuts.

Fill the apple with the mixture, sprinkle with brown sugar and put the lid back on. Wrap in aluminum foil and grill for about 25 minutes with the grill closed.
