For the Manhartsberger Torte, first prepare the white mass. To do this, beat the yolks with the sugar until foamy. Add vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Then stir in flour and baking powder and fold in the snow. Bake in the oven at 170° C.

For the dark mixture, cream butter, sugar and yolks until fluffy. Then add chocolate. Mix nuts with baking powder, add snow and bake also at 170° C.
