For the meatballs, mix the minced meat with mustard, tomato paste, egg, breadcrumbs and spices. Form the mixture into small balls and place a feta cube in the center.

Then form into a ball, making sure that the feta is enclosed by the mince. Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200°C for approx. 30 min.

in the oven (top and bottom heat). It goes best with fresh salad!

Preparation Tip:

The meatballs taste delicious even prepared without feta. A variant would be to try them once with mozzarella.
