Instructions:

For the noodles, first cut the lean beef into thin strips and leave in the spice sauce.

Cut the carrot, bell bell pepper and onion into thin strips and lightly fry the vegetables with a little salt in an oiled pan.

Soak the dried brown shiitake mushrooms in warm water and then gently saute them with 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce in an oiled pan.

Boil the glass noodles previously soaked in warm water and rinse them with cold water. Cut the noodles into about 20 cm lengths and mix them with sesame oil.
