Try this delicious noodle dish:

Heat the oil in a preheated wok. Then stir-fry the chicken meat in the wok for 2-3 min.

Add the garlic, bell bell pepper, onion and sugar snap peas to the wok form and cook everything together for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the vegetables are al dente and the meat is cooked.

Mix the rice wine, paradeis pulp, soy sauce, orange zest and juice with the maizena (cornstarch). Pour the mixture into the wok, stirring constantly until the liquid thickens.

Remove the peel from the oranges and divide them into wedges. Add orange wedges and bean sprouts to the wok form. Heat briefly.

Arrange the finished dish on plates and serve on the spot with cooked noodles or cooked long grain rice.

Tip The bean sprouts, which are very popular in Chinese cuisine, are mung bean sprouts. They are cooked only briefly or eaten just as raw.
