For the whole wheat mixed bread, knead all ingredients well into a dough, let the dough rise until doubled in volume.
Knead well again with your hands and place the dough in a raffia bread basket. Bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for 30 minutes. Then remove the bread from the basket and place it on the baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes, placing a bowl of water in the oven.
After baking, sprinkle the whole wheat bread with water.
