Melt butter, add flour and fry lightly while stirring. Finely chop the onion and anchovy fillets, add both, fry briefly, pour in some soup. Simmer briefly, season with a pinch of sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Cook for a quarter of an hour, then strain through a sieve or leave as is, according to taste.
