For the chicken chili, chop the onions and cut the chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces. In a pot, heat the oil and fry the onion until golden. Then add the chicken fillets and fry them all around.

Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Also add the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Deglaze with sparkling wine (or white wine). Then add the chicken soup and the tomato pieces and simmer on medium heat.
